What is DoppiNow?
A Chrome extension that turns focus into a game for ADHD brains: XP for every focused minute, plus +25 XP when you come back after a drift (the first 8 per session).
What is the Comeback ring?
It's a ring that fills with the focus you win back after a distraction: once you're back on your goal, every focused minute counts as reclaimed. It closes when you've reclaimed at least as much time as the distraction took.
Does DoppiNow block websites?
No, never. If a page doesn't fit your goal, you get a calm reminder and the page gently ripples.
How much does DoppiNow cost?
Free for 7 days, then $3.99/month or $29.99/year. No card to start. Cancel anytime. Both plans include everything: all five worlds, the Comeback ring, the web dashboard.
What happens when the free trial ends?
DoppiNow locks until you subscribe: no new sessions start, and a session that's already running can finish. Your XP, streak, history and settings are kept, and everything picks up where you left off once you subscribe.
How do I cancel? Can I get a refund?
Cancel anytime from your plan page (Manage subscription). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, and refunds follow Paddle’s buyer terms.
Is it good for ADHD?
It's built around common ADHD hurdles: instant rewards, visible time and comebacks instead of shame. It's a productivity tool, not a treatment.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in with Google once (no password to make), and that starts your free 7-day trial. Your account keeps your progress safe and powers your web dashboard. We only use your name, email and picture.
What data does DoppiNow send?
Each finished session (its times, minutes, XP and, if you allow it, the goal) is saved to your account for your dashboard. Smarter page checks are off until you allow them; then, during a session, your goal and page details such as the address, title and main heading may be sent to DoppiNow's server, which checks them with a classification service and doesn't store them. The page's full text is never sent. See the privacy policy.
Which browsers does it work in?
Desktop Chrome 120 or newer (other Chromium browsers such as Edge or Brave may also work). There's no phone app yet.
Can I use it for studying?
Yes: reading, writing, problem sets and lectures all work. Start with a 10- or 25-minute session.
